Thank you for visiting Soul Full. My name is Helen - I am a qualified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance 200hr TT) and a Reiki practitioner.

I offer yoga classes in Gorseinon,

in Swansea & Gower and one to

one bespoke yoga sessions.

 

I also offer reiki treatments.
