Namaste!
A Little About Me
I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years - to share my love of the practice is a dream come true for me. I have completed a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma in Yoga and Yoga Alliance 200 hour teacher training qualification with Kashish Yoga School; however yoga is a constant journey - you learn something about yoga, or yourself every time you practice.
I found yoga at a time in my life when I was quite poorly, with post viral fatigue - I found yoga helped me to regain my strength both physically and mentally.
When I'm not on my yoga mat you'll find me on the beach, in my campervan, in a festival field or somewhere else in nature.
